At Tasting Water, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hydration and decor purchases. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Carefully place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
